Fashion & Beautician — IT Kerala Fashion Project
The Fashion & Beautician project is an initiative of Kerala State Rutronix in association with Groware Education Solutions. Common Questions From Students
All diploma and certificate programmes require SSLC (10th standard) and above. Students must report in person at their nearest Authorised Training Centre with duly filled application form and original qualification certificates.
Diploma in Computerised Fashion Designing and Advanced Diploma in Garment Fashion Designing are 1-year programmes (720 hours). Diploma in Fashion Design & Jewellery Making, Diploma in Garment Fashion Designing, and Certified Beautician are 6-month programmes (360 hours each).
Yes, fee concessions up to 20% of maximum tuition fees are awarded to eligible students including women, spouse/children of defence/police personnel, persons with more than 50% disability, national honorees, citizens who represented India in arts/sports/science, and transgender persons.
Yes, all programmes conclude with a Kerala State Rutronix certificate upon successful completion. Final examinations are conducted by Kerala State Rutronix at the semester-end. A minimum of 80% attendance and passing marks in theory (40%) and practical (50%) are required.
Simplified learning material covering major aspects of course content — both hard copy and E-book — is provided for selected courses by the Principal Affiliate (Groware Education Solutions).
